Jocelyn graduated in 2012, with a major in Anthropology and a minor in African-American Studies. As an anthropology major, she developed a love and appreciation for storytelling: "I find it to be one of the most intriguing cultural forms." Jocelyn joined the Story2 team after working for two years as a counselor with Prep for Prep and enjoys helping students discover and share the stories that make them who they are.
Over the years, Ethan's natural pull toward teaching and mentoring has come through in his experience as both a writing editor and a drummer and drum instructor. Ethan brings an integrative approach to his one-on-one teaching relationships. He warmly encourages students to engage him with their interests so that their writing skills can develop and grow from a place of their own enthusiasm and excitement.
Erica graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English. After working with nonprofits, Erica furthered her interest in service and social justice by pursuing a Master of Social Work with a concentration in adolescent health and wellness. During fieldwork, Erica counseled teens and in a therapeutic environment helped them share their unique stories. Coaching fuses her passions of writing and helping young people.
Since learning to tell his story, Randolph has successfully applied to top institutions and organizations, including University of Oxford and the White House. Randolph has been working with students for over 15 years to help them find their own voice and craft messages that will open doors of opportunity. He relishes student moments of clarity and realization during coaching, and shares the excitement and pride when dreams come true!
